How quickly does CalcVerdict reply?

We aim to respond to genuine support and correction messages within 48 hours.

We read everything sent to CalcVerdict. The messages we value most are corrections: a formula that disagrees with the authority we cite, a rounding rule that no longer matches the current guidance, a citation whose link has moved, or a result that simply looks wrong. Tell us what you entered and what you expected, and we will check it against the source and publish a fix rather than argue about it.

Requests for a calculator we have not built yet are welcome too, as are notes about anything that made the site awkward to use — a control that will not take keyboard focus, text that is hard to read in dark mode, or a page that behaved oddly on your device. Accessibility reports go to the front of the queue.

We aim to respond within 48 hours. We will never share your email address or use it for marketing; it is used only to reply to the message you sent.
